As the weather continues to be very warm, we kindly remind all families to ensure that children bring a clearly labelled water bottle to school each day. Staying well hydrated is essential for concentration, energy, and overall wellbeing, particularly during the summer months.

Students are encouraged to drink water regularly throughout the day.  Bringing a water bottle helps children stay comfortable and ready to learn, especially during outdoor activities and play times.

Thank you for your support in helping us keep our students healthy and hydrated.

Our Year 5 students have been busy bringing their creativity to life using the Splat3D design tool, practising how to sketch and visualise their very own 3D robots. This exciting learning experience connects closely with our English studies of The Wild Robot, where students explore character, setting, and problem solving through storytelling. It also supports our Digital Technologies learning, as students begin the design process by planning and modelling solutions to real world challenges.

Using Splat3D allows students to experiment with shapes, perspective, and structure while developing important design thinking skills such as planning, testing ideas, and refining their creations. The students have shown fantastic imagination and enthusiasm as they begin turning their robot concepts into detailed 3D designs.

Keep an eye out for a future newsletter where we will showcase the students’ finished robot creations and share the innovative solutions they have designed.

As we farewell our 34 incredible students from Hong Kong, we do so with full hearts and unforgettable memories. In just one week, our Years 4-6 classrooms became global hubs of friendship and learning. Stories were swapped. Smiles were universal. 
You arrived as visitors…You leave as part of our TMC family.

The reins are in hand, the boots are on, and the stables are buzzing... Equestrian has officially started back at Tamborine Mountain College!

After a history making year for our Equestrian Program, winning the 2025 Equestrian Queensland SCHOOL OF THE YEAR and Equestrian Queensland Stuartholme School Junior Athlete of the Year for 2025... the bar has been set high and our riders are ready to rise to the challenge.

Let’s go, TMC riders. The arena is calling and we’re back in the saddle!

Tamborine Mountain College is bursting with pride after an outstanding performance at the Stuartholme Interschool Qualifier Event!

Congratulations to our incredible Primary School riders William and Harlow who represented TMC in their very first Interschool event with composure and true sportsmanship.

Both students earning TWO State Qualifiers!

These young athletes rode with confidence beyond their years.

We are so proud of the way they supported one another and embodied what it means to be part of our TMC Equestrian Team.

William and Harlow are already looking ahead to upcoming events and training hard!

The future of TMC Equestrian is looking strong in the saddle.

Hinterland Sporting Trials 

Requirements: Please note that students wishing to participate in the Hinterland Trials must have prior competitive experience, as well as established skills and knowledge of the sport.

Tamborine Mountain College is excited to announce that the Football Queensland Girls United School Program is coming to our school!

Girls United is a social football program designed exclusively for women and girls, welcoming new, existing and returning players. The Girls United School Program is an affordable, subsidised initiative that helps break down barriers to participation, costing just $20 for the full four-week program.
