Part-time (3 days per week or equivalent)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Industry Liaison Officer (ILO) to coordinate our Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs and support students pursuing vocational pathways.
This role is ideal for an administrative professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for helping young people succeed. While previous experience in VET is an advantage, it is not essential — full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor student VET study options, including off-campus, online, and self-paced programs.
- Manage administrative processes and compliance records for VET and traineeship programs.
- Liaise with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), employers, and other stakeholders.
- Track and monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Support students and families with information and guidance about vocational pathways.
- Promote student achievements and vocational opportunities within the College community.
- Ensure all VET programs align with compliance, quality assurance, and reporting standards.

Qualifications and Experience
- Administrative or coordination experience in an education or training environment (preferred but not essential).
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check) required prior to commencement.

This is a part-time position (3 days per week or equivalent) during school terms. The successful applicant will work closely with College leadership and teaching staff to support TMC’s commitment to providing diverse, high-quality learning pathways for all students.
