We are seeking a passionate and experienced Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator to lead and deliver a high-quality, engaging program within our Early Learning & Child Care Centre (ELC) at Tamborine Mountain College.

- Assistant Director pay level 7
- five (5) weeks annual leave including one (1) bonus week
- 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday (negotiable during school holidays)
- Commencing ASAP

Responsibilities
This is a key leadership position within our Early Learning Centre for a skilled and proactive child care professional. Working closely with the ELC Director, the OSHC Coordinator is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and day-to-day management of a high-quality Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service within the Tamborine Mountain College Early Learning and Child Care Centre. This includes ensuring the delivery of a safe, engaging, and compliant program aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time, Our Place (MTOP) framework and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) framework.
The Coordinator leads the team of OSHC educators to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where primary school aged children can relax, socialise, and participate in meaningful play-based experiences.

Requirements
- ACECQA approved DIPLOMA level (or above) qualification
- Proven experience in OSHC, early childhood, or school-age care settings
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their individuality and wellbeing
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children)
- Current First Aid (HLTAID012), CPR (HLTAID009), Emergency Asthma Management and Anaphylaxis Management qualifications as recognised by ACECQA
- National Child Safety Training Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
