ICT Support Officer (Contract)

Located in the stunning Gold Coast hinterland, Tamborine Mountain College is a thriving independent, co-educational school catering for students from Kindy to Year 12. We are seeking a skilled, hands-on ICT Support Officer to join our team on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity for an ICT professional who values meaningful work within a collaborative and supportive workplace.

Position

  • 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, including school holidays
  • Commencing ASAP
  • Contract until 14 Aug 26 with the possibility for ongoing work

Responsibilities

This is a key role within our College. Working closely with the ICT Manager, the ICT Support Officer provides day-to-day technical support to staff and students, while ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and reliability of the College’s ICT hardware and systems. 

This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and making a tangible impact.

Requirements

  • Current or ability to obtain Blue Card (Working with Children)  PRIOR  to commencing work 
  • Demonstrated experience in an ICT support role (3-5yrs+ preferred, though strong candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service focus
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in an school environment is desirable
  • TASS and Google Workspace for Education familiarity is highly regarded.
